Well I bought my primary home with shelly about 3 years ago and she went above and beyond. So when I decided to buy a rental property Shelly was my only phone call. The passion and drive she shows to help you start to finish is really amazing. We went in looking for one property and I ended up buying two!! Not only was it more difficult to juggle two at once. Covid made everything a little tougher. Shelly never skipped a beat and was on top of every situation that came up. Even a couple times I would text her about something and she would tell me I already did it. Shelly is just amazing at what she does and you won’t be disappointed! You want Shelly in your corner things don’t always go right and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Shelly was extremely helpful and patient. Unfortunately, I did not end up buying a house due to financial issues from COVID. However, she connected me with people to try to make my situation work, sent me houses in a variety of price ranges, and maintained regular contact with me throughout.
